Reflective Life Counseling, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will engage with clients virtually, providing supportive counseling and therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing their mental well-being. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, based on your experience and hours worked.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting one-on-one video counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Encouraging clients to verbalize their emotions, experiences, and thoughts to foster self-awareness and relational insights.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, supporting them in identifying realistic and attainable goals throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Performing comprehensive assessments of each client's mental health status and collaborating with them to create customized treatment plans rooted in best practices and your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our service caters to a wide demographic of low-acuity adults who may be dealing with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possess a valid mental health license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exhibit strong computer literacy skills to effectively navigate our counseling platforms and maintain accurate client records.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also showcase:

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with virtual counseling tools.
• Proven ability to assess client needs and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity for empathy and creating rapport with clients.
