  • Assemble and disassemble complex tooling.
  • Verify machine alignment and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper performance.
  • Dress grinding wheels and cutting tools.

Shop Collaboration & Safety
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provide guidance or instruction to others in the tool shop when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized workstation.
  • Utilize Machinery's Handbook and work with a variety of materials.

Support Equipment
  • Use support equipment including:
    • Bandsaws
    • Vertical & horizontal tool sharpeners
    • Twist drill sharpeners
    • Pedestal grinders

🎓 What You Bring
We're looking for a skilled machinist with a passion for precision and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic machine controls.
  • Familiarity with TPM and preventive maintenance processes.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of window production machinery is a plus (not required).
