Job Title: Slack Migration Engineer

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Lead or support migration projects involving collaboration platforms cloud services or enterprise applications
  • Serve as the Slack SME Subject Matter Expertmanage workspace configurations user provisioning integrations and governance
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless transition and adoption of Slack and other tools
  • Develop and maintain scripts eg Python Shell PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks monitor system health and streamline onboarding offboarding processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Slack integrations data migration and user experience
  • Document processes configurations and best practices for internal knowledge sharing

Required Skills

  • Proven Slack administration and integration experience including Slack APIs workflows and bots
  • Demonstrated success in migration projectscloud collaboration tools or enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CICD pipelines REST APIs and JSONYAML formats is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in IT operations DevOps or collaboration engineering
