Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer (BitTitan) - remote

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting migrations of 100+ mailboxes.
- Experience with ShareGate, AvePoint, or Microsoft Migration Manager.
- Microsoft 365 certifications preferred.
Position Summary
Seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to support the migration of approximately 250 Google Workspace mailboxes and 42TB of Google Sites content to Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint Online using BitTitan MigrationWiz. The engineer will work alongside the lead migration consultant to execute migration activities, troubleshoot issues, validate data integrity, and support cutover operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support migration of Google Workspace mailboxes to Microsoft Exchange Online using BitTitan MigrationWiz.
- Assist with migration of approximately 42TB of Google Sites and related content to SharePoint Online.
- Configure, monitor, and manage migration batches and migration waves.
- Perform pre-migration assessments, user validation, and post-migration testing.
- Troubleshoot migration failures, data mapping issues, and synchronization errors.
- Execute delta migrations and support cutover activities.
- Validate permissions, ownership, folder structures, and migrated content.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful migration milestones and timelines.
- Document migration activities, issues, resolutions, and status updates.
- Provide post-migration support and end-user assistance as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz.
- Hands-on experience migrating Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Google Workspace Administration
- Google Sites and Google Drive
- Experience with large-scale mailbox and content migrations.
- Knowledge of DNS, mail routing, MX records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Experience with PowerShell and migration automation preferred.
