As an Event & Retail Marketing Representative, you'll represent Bath & Cabinet Experts at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, and other local marketing events throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. Your goal is to engage homeowners, build excitement around our premium bath and kitchen remodeling solutions, and schedule free in-home design consultations.

What You'll Do
  • Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, trade shows, and other local marketing events
  • Showcase our exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand while creating memorable customer experiences
  • Engage homeowners through friendly, informative conversations
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home design consultations
  • Build brand awareness by educating homeowners about our products and services
  • Support follow-up calls and additional marketing initiatives to nurture customer interest
  • Occasionally assist with new market launches and onboarding or training new team members
Who You Are
  • Outgoing, energetic, and enjoy connecting with people
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail or sales experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including most evenings and weekends
  • Have reliable transportation and can travel locally with promotional materials
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
