About Us
From The Earth is a locally operated cannabis retailer and delivery service focused on providing quality products and exceptional customer care. We're currently seeking a dependable and motivated Hybrid Mid Shift / Packer to join our Santa Ana team.
Position Overview
The Hybrid Mid Shift / Packer is a cross-functional role that supports multiple areas of operations including packing, dispatch, delivery support, and general operational assistance. This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient workflows, order accuracy, operational readiness, and supporting overall store performance.
This role is designed for individuals who are flexible and comfortable supporting different operational functions based on business needs throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately pack orders for pickup and delivery using two-sets-of-eyes verification
  • Assist with accepting and coordinating incoming orders
  • Support dispatch with answering phones, routing assistance, and operational communication as needed
  • Assist with preparing and organizing orders to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Support delivery operations and be expected to drive and operate company vehicles when business needs require additional coverage
  • Company vehicle will be provided when driving is required. Gas and insurance are covered by the company
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards across work areas
  • Support additional operational responsibilities based on business demands

Requirements / Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Customer service experience required
  • Budtending experience is a plus, but not required
