Mid-level professionals are expected to have a strong foundational knowledge in their field and the ability to work independently on most tasks. They may also begin taking on some leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring junior staff or managing specific projects. You’ll often be responsible for independently managing assignments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and providing input on project planning and execution.
