• A high level of empathy, compassion, and an understanding of clients’ varied experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively conduct therapy sessions and manage detailed documentation.

• At least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling, ideally in a virtual or remote setting.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt approaches based on client preferences.
