Senior Associate, E2E Project Manager - EMOCS (Enterprise Marketing Operations Client Success)

Role Summary

The Senior Associate, End-to-End Project Manager (E2E PjM) serves as a Project Manager within EMOCS, accountable for end-to-end delivery of mid-level complexity campaigns or projects. This role coordinates all project management lifecycle activities to ensure execution excellence across owned marketing channels. This associate independently drives mid-level initiatives and supports planning rigor, data integrity, and process evolution across the broader PjM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & Capacity Support: Support the EMOCS Execution Manager with portfolio planning to forecast demand and manage capacity. Assist with prioritization and complexity estimation to validate capacity assumptions and prevent resource over-extension.

  • Campaign Delivery & Governance: Independently manage mid-level complexity, cross-functional marketing initiatives from intake through launch. Lead alignment across marketing, tech, creative, legal, and compliance, while owning kickoff, production validation, go/no-go, audit, and launch readiness.

  • Workfront System Management: Maintain rigorous system discipline by ensuring milestone accuracy, kickoff/release date integrity, and task-level data compliance within Adobe Workfront to support real-time reporting and audit readiness.

  • Operational Health & Reporting: Monitor and report on project health against defined SLAs and KPIs. Identify performance trends and systemic friction points, leveraging data to inform decision-making and track progress against team OKRs.

  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Identify and surface opportunities for workflow automation and optimization to increase speed and reduce risk. Support the development, refinement, and adoption of End-to-End (E2E) Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Escalation & Audit Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal policies across all deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

  • At least 2 years experience in marketing project management

  • At least 2 years of experience in process management

  • At least 1 year of experience working with project management methodologies or tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations for financial services or highly regulated industry

  • 2+ years of experience utilizing project management systems (such as Adobe Workfront)

  • 2+ years of Risk Management experience

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong problem solving and data-driven decision-making
