They are typically responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code, as well as collaborating with teams to develop dynamic websites and web applications. Mid level developers are expected to have a solid understanding of PHP frameworks, databases, and web technologies, and can work independently on moderately complex tasks while also mentoring junior team members. Their role bridges the gap between junior and senior developers, allowing them to take on more responsibility and contribute to project planning and architecture.
