• Develop applications using Laravel and PHP
• Build and integrate APIs and database structures
• Improve performance and system reliability
• Write clean, structured and maintainable code with focus on scalability
• Contribute to technical decisions and architecture discussions
• Work closely with a small team and share ideas

• Fleet Management through supporting applications
• Total Asset Visibility through data driven systems
• MRO and Sustainment through reliable backend services

• You have built multiple real projects beyond tutorials or school assignments
• You can show code, applications or systems you have developed
• Experience with Laravel and PHP
• Understanding of APIs and databases (e.g. MySQL)
• You enjoy building from scratch and taking ownership of problems
• You are comfortable working in evolving and less structured environments
• Interest in performance, scalability and clean code
• Familiarity with tools such as React or Docker is a plus
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Clear communication and willingness to collaborate
