MID-LEVEL CONTRACTS SPECIALISTS (Contingent Hiring)

Work Location: Washington DC Region, Oklahoma City Region, Atlantic City NJ Region

INCATech is in search of Mid-Level Contracts Specialist to support an FAA program in one of the three aforementioned regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review acquisition packages for completeness; identify and help resolve gaps.
  • Support development of solicitations (SIRs, RFQs, RFPs) and public postings.
  • Conduct market research; assist with SOWs, IGCEs, and evaluation criteria.
  • Support price/cost analysis and fair and reasonable determinations.
  • Process contract modifications, funding actions, and option exercises; track performance.
  • Review invoices and maintain funding and modification logs.
  • Maintain PRISM, FPDS, and Delphi data; ensure audit-ready contract files.
  • Support CPARS and contract closeout activities.
  • Support evaluations and acquisition activities under senior guidance.
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of federal contracting experience with documented understanding of FAA or other federal acquisition policies.
  • Level 1 Contracts Certification (FAC-C or DAWIA)
  • Proficiency with PRISM, FPDS, and Delphi.
  • Strong ability to conduct price/cost analysis, prepare solicitation and award documentation, manage modifications, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
