Job Description HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled All Source Intelligence Analyst (Intelligence Analyst 3-5) to support U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) missions across multiple global locations. In this role, you will fuse information from diverse intelligence disciplines to generate actionable insights that enable special operations planning, targeting, and operational decision-making. You will directly contribute to SOF situational awareness, threat analysis, mission preparation, crisis response, and partner force support. Working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the analyst will provide strategic and operational-level intelligence to commanders, planners, and operators, helping shape the SOF understanding of complex foreign actors, military capabilities, irregular threats, malign influence activity, WMD developments, and emerging geopolitical trends. *This requistion is for a PROPOSAL effort ** LOCATIONS available : Colorado Springs, CO; Charlottesville, VA; Stuttgart, Germany Essential Job Responsibilities * Conduct all-source analysis to assess foreign military capabilities, geopolitical dynamics, irregular warfare threats, unconventional forces, missile systems, WMD programs, and malign influence activity relevant to SOF missions. * Fuse intelligence from multiple sources to support SOF operational planning, targeting, collection synchronization, and crisis/emerging threat response. * Produce intelligence assessments, briefings, and foundational intelligence products that inform commanders, staff officers, and SOF components. * Conduct multi-discipline research and analytic production aligned with strategic, operational, and tactical USSOCOM intelligence requirements. * Track intelligence production tasks, develop studies, contribute to strategic documents, and deliver timely briefings to senior SOF leadership. * Maintain and manipulate intelligence databases, repositories, tools, and data formats/products used to support SOF operations and mission analysis. * Serve as a subject matter expert during SOF-related meetings, working groups, exercises, and operational planning teams. * Conduct WMD and CBRNE-related analytic production with emphasis on threat networks, delivery systems, and advanced weapons development relevant to SOF missions. * Apply OSINT/PAI methodologies to identify trends, networks, relationships, and foreign activities that support SOF intelligence requirements. * Identify and evaluate sources of publicly available information and commercial data to enhance SOF situational awareness. * Apply proper tradecraft, TTPs, and policy compliance when conducting PAI collection and exploitation. * Utilize intelligence systems such as MIDB, MARS, COLISEUM, CHROME, HOTR, and CRATE to support production, targeting, and mission analysis. * Prepare Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to support SOF collection priorities and intelligence gaps. * Recognize data gaps, inconsistencies, and corruptions within intelligence datasets; initiate corrections to ensure accuracy, completeness, and operational utility. * Support Threat network analysis (leadership, facilitators, cells), and unconventional forces analysis relevant to SOF operational planning. * Ensure Threat network analysis (leadership, facilitators, cells) data is properly displayed within Common Operating Picture (COP) environments, supporting targeting and mission execution. * Provide recommendations to refine SOPs, tradecraft standards, and intelligence production efficiencies within SOF intelligence elements. * Train supported analysts on OOB & Threat Network analysis/processes, production tools, and analytic methodologies. * Requires access to Foreign Government Intelligence (FGI). * Support emerging SOCOM intelligence requirements related to global threat networks, strategic competition, and malign influence activity. Minimum Qualifications LEVEL 3 = 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. LEVEL 4 = 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. LEVEL 5 = 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. * Active TS/SCI clearance. * Bachelor's degree in intelligence, international studies, security studies, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 3-5+ years of all-source intelligence experience within DoD or the Intelligence Community. * Experience supporting operational or tactical military units; SOF intelligence support experience highly valued. * Strong knowledge of foreign military capabilities, threat networks, unconventional forces, WMD/CBRNE programs, and geopolitical trends. * Experience producing intelligence assessments, briefings, reports, and foundational intelligence for senior decision-makers. * Familiarity with IC tradecraft standards and structured analytic techniques. * Proficiency in intelligence community systems such as MIDB, MARS, HOTR, and COLISEUM. * Ability to analyze, fuse, and disseminate complex intelligence in dynamic environments. * Ability to handle and analyze Foreign Government Intelligence (FGI). #LI-RM1 Preferred Requirements * Prior experience supporting USSOCOM, a TSOC, SOJTF, JSOC, or SOF components. * Experience with SOF targeting support, mission analysis, or operational planning teams. * Advanced expertise in WMD/CBRNE analysis, missile threat analysis, or irregular warfare/strategic competition problem sets. * Experience in global OSINT/PAI exploitation relevant to SOF missions. * Experience training junior analysts or supporting analytic tradecraft development within operational units.
