Job description

Job Title: All Source Intelligence Analyst - SOCNORTH Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local Anticipated Posting End: 9/1/2026 The Opportunity: As a CACI All Source Intelligence Analyst in the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) Analytical Network (SAN), you will provide network support to the Command to develop and coordinate analytical packages in support of SOCNORTH targeting priorities within the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) area of responsibility (AOR) and in support of Homeland Defense priorities. You will provide target intelligence in the form of analytical support in alignment with Special Operations Forces (SOF) efforts not only within the AOR but across the global environment.

You will enable the target development process with the analytical enterprise and collection managers to develop detailed target packages, effects, and concepts as they relate to operational planning. In this role, you will perform the full range of target intelligence support, characterization, refinement, research, network diagrams, written assessments, and oral presentations in support of target development. You will prepare and recommend intelligence in support of sensitive operations associated with the Commander's priorities and objectives, and conduct internal, inter-service, interagency, and Intelligence Community deconfliction of target intelligence and operational missions.

Additionally, you will prepare targeting products, summary documents, and graphical representations of data, and conduct network analysis. As a key member of the target intelligence ecosystem, your team will directly support Special Operations Command (SOCOM) units, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and other Strategic Partners across the SOF Emerging Threat, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFTOPS II) enterprise-level mission. Responsibilities: * Serves as an intelligence analyst specializing in counterterrorism targeting analysis.

* Analyses multi-domain and multi-discipline intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the theater and global target development of various threats and actors. * Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases. * Liaises between SOCNORTH and other commands regarding targeting requirements, support and coordination.

* Validates information and applies joint publication, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff instruction, geographic combatant command, SOCOM, and intelligence community directives related to targeting and analytical tradecraft to help build assessments. * Provides briefings and point papers regarding status of targets within the targeting cycle. * Monitors and assesses counterterrorism activity using automated systems to provide context to ongoing target development.

* Provides consistent real-time updates of target statuses and rolling assessments to existing databases and working groups. * Conducts research and analysis on complex targets, networks and target systems and drafts, edits, and presents various types of target development products to senior leadership. Qualifications: Required: * Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information security clearance.

* A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant work experience. * A minimum of 5 years of experience in all-source analysis in support of target development roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level of command or while supporting a similar size of scope of DoD contract. * Demonstrated knowledge of research and analytical tools related to network development.

* Working familiarity and understanding of policies, guidance and directives related to the targeting cycle. * Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near real-time knowledge management systems. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong attention to detail. Desired: * Experience supporting service-specific SOF unit or joint SOF organization in a deployed environment. * Graduate of the Multi-Discipline Intelligence Operators Course (MDIOC), SOF Targeting Course, or Joint Staff Targeting curriculum.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
