Who We Are Looking For
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) division, the embedded Intelligence Analyst II will support the protective intelligence program at a Fortune 500 organization based in Denver, CO. The Intelligence Analyst will work directly with the client, their Manager, and other Crisis24 employees to produce intelligence analysis addressing client-specific requirements and support client risk management programs.
The Analyst will be located at the client's Denver, CO, office in a hybrid capacity. Occasional travel may be required.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead in the support and execution of the client's protective intelligence program.
  • Proactively identify and assess targeted or indiscriminate threats against executives and employees using online research, social media monitoring, and investigative tools.
  • Investigate identified issues or threats using targeted monitoring, analysis, and dissemination.
  • Create tailored, innovative products delivered on a pre-established cadence or by request from internal customers.
  • Conduct actionable executive vulnerability assessments, person-of-interest assessments, threat assessments, and social media exposure reviews.
  • Provide written reports and verbal briefs on in-depth analytical products.
  • Monitor and analyze global events to identify and assess threats to the client's specific international operations, assets, executives, and personnel, to include the creation of and contribution to customized intelligence products.
  • Actively monitor open-source media, social media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real-time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel.
  • Provide location-based reporting as requested by the clients.
  • Liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concerns and understand the client's operational footprint.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Crisis24 products and services to serve client interests, track and report metrics around production and deliverables.
  • Other intelligence duties as assigned

Who You Will Work With
Under the general direction of Crisis24's Manager, Intelligence, the Intelligence Analyst II will work with the client's security and risk management teams, Crisis24 executive protection professionals, as well as other Crisis24 and client stakeholders. The Analyst will take direction from both Crisis24 management as well as from the client.
What You Will Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, security operations or a related field required
  • Bachelor's degree required in relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Exposure to critical thinking, risk analysis, and protective intelligence.
  • Intelligence gathering, analysis, and threat assessment experience.
  • Strong customer service skills, especially in person; ability to communicate across varying professional levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills that requires minimal editorial oversight.
  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure.
  • Effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Foreign travel and experience
