Job Summary

Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for resolving escalated service incidents and complex requests, coaching other engineers, leading implementation of complex projects, and maintaining and overseeing the technology of their assigned accounts. This role is a key position within the Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team.

Job Specifications - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education Level | Experience Required
Bachelor degree in discipline appropriate to assignment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Related certifications will be helpful.
The candidate must have 5+ years of experience supporting an enterprise environment (500+ server environment, 3,000+ client endpoints)
Knowledge Required
5-10 years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining Windows Server 2008 or later systems
5-7 years of experience engineering and administering Exchange server enterprise environment
5-7 years intermediate level understanding of network principles.
3-5 years working in a VMware Environment
3-5 years troubleshooting application, hardware and storage environments and infrastructure
1-2 years administering Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure
