Our diverse portfolio includes providing full lifecycle support in Precision Strike and Area Effects; Area Protection; Airborne Sensors and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR); Vehicle Protection; Electronic Warfare Systems; Air and Missile Defense; Space Systems, and Intelligence and Information Systems.**Responsibilities:**The position will focus leading current and future radar system design and production. The position will support technology developments, technology insertions, prototyping and technology demonstrations in support of a mission critical and highly visible new program. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:* Performing complex radar system engineering, design, analysis, or sensor software development.* Experienced in formulating opinions, decisions and ultimate performance of the engineering tasks associated with the radar/sensor program/project.* Perform detailed and complex calculations and knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced radar systems concepts, assess specifications and perform system integration.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer or electronics engineering. Other acceptable majors include mathematics, computer science or physics.* RADAR systems integration and Test position in the SPY 6 program.* Established testing experience both pre and post production and understands the connected working of a shipboard RADAR system.* Specifically the operations of phased array RADARs in a shipboard environment as well as the interfaces and inner working of RADAR systems and how the RADAR interfaces with the AEGIS weapons system.* A minimum of 8 years industry and/or DoD experience* Familiarization with the Dual Band Radar (DBR) systems* Ability to read and understand or modify master and inch stone schedules as they apply to testing, development and into production.* A minimum of active secret clearance and US Citizenship required**TSC Benefits:**TSC offers a stable work environment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.* **Employee Ownership (ESOP):** As an employee-owned company, every employee contributes to, and benefits from, our success through our ESOP retirement plan.
