Job Title: Receptionist Location: Las Cruces, NM, 88005 Skills: Receptionist Job Description: Viva-Fiesta Auto Group is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. As the largest auto group in the southwest, we represent nearly all of the manufacturer brands of Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Volkswagen, Mazda, and Subaru. We are looking for a professional and friendly individual to greet and welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor.
