The Application Systems Analyst/Programmer - Senior will serve as a technical lead supporting enterprise-wide application systems, AV infrastructure, digital media platforms, modern collaboration tools, and custom application development.
This role is critical in ensuring the continuity of mission-critical services, optimizing content and collaboration workflows, and partnering across the organization to deliver secure, reliable, and accessible technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
AV & Digital Media Systems Support
  • Manage and maintain enterprise AV infrastructure including live streaming, recording, and conference room technologies.

  • Coordinate with AV and platform vendors for renewals, upgrades, issue resolution, and escalations.

Video Content Management
  • Oversee manual downloads, archival, and lifecycle management of video-on-demand content ahead of decommissioning timelines.
  • Maintain existing video platforms and coordinate transitions to new environments, including access, governance, retention, and connectivity.
  • Prepare video files (transcoding, metadata, quality checks) to ensure compatibility, performance, and accessibility.
  • Organize, catalog, and document media for long-term storage and retrieval.
  • Support podcast creation, editing, publishing, feed management, metadata, branding, legal, and accessibility compliance.
Webinar Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate webinar logistics including scheduling, platform configuration, dry runs, and live moderation.
  • Ensure consistent audio/video quality during live sessions.
  • Edit and publish recordings while ensuring accessibility standards, metadata accuracy, and retention policies.
Application & Systems Analysis
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support and administration for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites including information architecture, lists/libraries, pages, permissions, and governance.
  • Perform hands-on .NET development (C#, ASP.NET) to support internal tools, integrations, and services.
  • Support Marketing Cloud operations including campaign setup, user onboarding, governance, and integrations.
  • Provide enterprise application support, coordinating issue resolution with internal IT teams and external vendors.

Automation & Platform Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports/dashboards.
  • Establish governance, ALM practices, environment strategies, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business systems using connectors and APIs.
Electronic Signature & Workflow
  • Administer electronic signature platforms including templates, envelopes, permissions, and integrations.
  • Design end-to-end eSignature workflows aligned with audit, retention, compliance, and security requirements.
  • Provide user training and workflow documentation.
Project Coordination & Documentation
  • Support procurement and contract activities including documentation and tracking.
  • Maintain SOPs, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer, onboarding, and training materials for backup resources and new hires.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with program teams, finance, and procurement to align technology solutions with operational goals.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to drive adoption and effective use of collaboration tools.
  • Participate in planning and governance forums and propose improvements to reliability, accessibility, and security.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of application systems analysis and programming in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with AV and streaming platforms and digital media workflows.
  • Hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, SQL).
  • SharePoint development/administration, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Marketing Cloud support.
  • Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with governance best practices.
  • Experience with electronic signature platforms and workflow integrations.
  • Source control (Git), CI/CD fundamentals, testing practices, secure coding, and logging/monitoring.
  • Experience with API-based integrations across enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage live incidents.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with clear prioritization.
  • Strong commitment to accessibility, security, and compliance standards.
Highly Desired Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Media production experience including video tuning/transcoding and podcast production.
  • Experience with video CDN platforms, media asset management, or enterprise content delivery solutions.
