RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Carmel, IN that is hiring a full-time, direct-hire Dynamics 365 Technical Developer with 1-3 years of technical experience to join our internal Consulting team.
Overview:
This role is designed for early-career, technically minded professionals with a foundation in software development and programming who want to build a long-term career in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will work alongside developers, technical leads, and functional solution experts to design, build, and deploy custom enterprise solutions for our customers. This is a growth-oriented position offering hands-on development work and exposure to full solution lifecycles.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
* Experience with SQL development
* Hands-on experience with unit testing
* Background in software development, programming, or technical consulting
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:
* X++ development (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
* C# development
* Azure Logic Apps or integration development experience
* Code management and promotion experience (environmental releases, deployments)
* Code performance analysis and tuning
* Exposure to enterprise systems or consulting-style delivery environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
