Full-time

Job description

OEC provides software solutions to those who work in the automotive parts and repair industry. Our solutions make it easier for automotive industry professionals to buy and sell parts, conduct repair research & planning, optimize estimates, improve the parts supply chain, and more. OEC partners with many of the world's largest manufacturers, dealers and suppliers, shops and repairers, and service providers, giving our customers access to a comprehensive network and a streamlined workflow.
About the Role
We're looking for an ERP Finance Systems Analyst to serve as the connection point between Finance, Accounting, and Technology. In this role, you'll own the ongoing optimization and support of our ERP ecosystem, partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes, deliver system enhancements, and ensure our solutions effectively support business needs.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands both finance operations and technology-someone who can translate business challenges into scalable ERP solutions and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business processes, identify opportunities, and translate needs into ERP solutions.
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics NAV enhancements, configurations, workflows, and ongoing application improvements.
  • Analyze and document requirements, develop solution recommendations, and partner with technical teams and vendors on implementations and integrations.
  • Support Finance-related ERP functions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), purchasing, reporting, and financial workflows.
  • Lead testing activities including functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality releases.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to drive adoption and consistent system usage.
  • Support ERP upgrades, data validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP business applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Finance and Accounting processes within an ERP environment.
  • Experience with ERP configuration, enhancements, testing, and business requirements gathering.
  • Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, purchasing, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ability to partner effectively with business users, developers, and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with ERP migrations, integrations, and process optimization is highly valued.
What makes working at OEC awesome? It varies from employee to employee. For some, it's the flexibility - whether it's remote work or a hybrid or in-person role, OEC takes our teams across multiple time zones and international communities. For others, it's the strong sense of camaraderie and community that celebrates both individuals and team-driven contributions. Or it could be the empowerment and how the team is encouraged to take risks, learn, and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. But no matter what gets us out of bed in the morning, our whole global community is inspired to be forward thinking and drive innovative solutions for the automotive parts and repair industry.
