Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us:
We are a fast-paced Commercial Printing company dedicated to delivering high-quality print solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to become a member of our team as a Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

●      Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
●      Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
●      Process orders using customer retention and print management systems (including PrintSmith)
●      Coordinate with production teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of projects
●      Review job specifications carefully to maintain quality and minimize errors
●      Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and resolve issues efficiently
●      Assist with e-commerce order processing and online customer interactions
●      Assist with order buyouts and vendor coordination as required
●      Help manage and track inventory for office and production departments
Qualifications:

●      Previous experience in the commercial printing industry preferred
●      College graduate, 4-year degree or equivalent 
●      Excellent communication skills, written and oral
●      Great people skills are a must. Organized and detail oriented
●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
●      Experience with PrintSmith or similar print management/customer retention software preferred
●      Strong phone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills
●      Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
●      Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
●      Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
●      Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media tools
