Key Responsibilities:
• Design, create, and maintain database tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SSIS packages for data import and transformation processes
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout ETL workflows
• Collaborate closely with technical Business Analysts and application developers to understand data requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical database solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve data import, ETL, and database performance issues
• Support ongoing project work including core system migrations and enhancements
• Document database structures, workflows, and development processes
• Work with multiple data sources, including mainframe and flat file formats
• Act as a technical contributor within a collaborative database development team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of SQL Server development experience
• Strong proficiency with T-SQL for developing tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures
