Description

The Microsoft 365 Administrator is responsible for administration, security, and optimization of the College's Microsoft cloud environment, including identity management, collaboration services, security platforms, and endpoint management technologies. ย This position serves as the subject matter expert for Microsoft cloud technologies and works closely with the IT Operations Manager, Systems Administrator, and institutional stakeholders to ensure secure and effective use of Microsoft services.

The successful candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, cybersecurity practices, and cloud-based technologies.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including:ย 
    • Exchange Onlineย 
    • Microsoft Teamsย 
    • SharePoint Onlineย

    • Microsoft licensing and service configurationย 
  • Monitor system health and recommend improvements.ย
