Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Eagle Rock Properties’ cloud environment, Microsoft 365 services, identity management, security, and collaboration platforms. The role focuses on ensuring users have secure and reliable access to cloud-based resources while optimizing the Microsoft ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online environments.
  • Implement and maintain IAM platform via Okta.
  • Manage role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Implement Conditional Access policies.
  • Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Implement and enforce security and compliance policies.
  • Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Support retention policies, eDiscovery, and information governance
  • Monitor security alerts and investigate incidents
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for all Microsoft 365 and Azure issues


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Microsoft 365 and Entra administration
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST-CSF
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and MFA
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
