Laboratory Supervisor – Microbiology/Molecular

We’re currently hiring a Laboratory Supervisor for our Microbiology and Molecular lab in Providence, RI. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary range of $80,000–$95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations in the Microbiology and Molecular lab
  • Mentor and develop staff to enhance team performance
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in lab operations
  • Contribute to training programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in microbiology bench
  • ASCP certification is preferred
