Job description

Job Title: Micro Assembler CJob Description

The Micro Assembler C is an entry-level position focused on performing precise micro-assembly tasks under supervision. You will work with small hand tools and microscopes to assemble components, follow detailed assembly procedures and technical drawings, and help the team achieve production and quality goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of basic micro-assembly operations under a microscope with minimal supervision.
  • Carry out die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, and other basic micro-assembly tasks.
  • Use small hand tools, including tweezers and microscopes, to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate automatic equipment as needed to complete specific assembly processes.
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and technical documentation to follow the correct sequence of operations.
  • Contribute to meeting departmental production targets while maintaining established quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Report any issues, defects, or irregularities in components or processes to senior team members or supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members, follow instructions, and support continuous improvement of assembly processes.
  • Handle materials and components carefully to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of micro-assembly or closely related work experience preferred.
  • Good eyesight and the ability to perform detailed work under a microscope.
  • Strong manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and basic technical documentation.
  • Ability to use small hand tools such as tweezers and microscopes for precision assembly.
  • Capability to perform wire bonding and other basic micro-assembly techniques.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay and Benefits
