Job Title: Micro Assembly Technician
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour (DOE)
Shift: Day Shift

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Micro Assembly Technician to join a high-precision manufacturing environment in Santa Rosa. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and functionality of microcircuit components through careful assembly, inspection, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate has strong hand-eye coordination, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative technical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and consistency of microcircuit parts, directly impacting product performance and reliability
  • Collaborate professionally with engineers, trainers, and fellow operators to maintain high production standards
  • Work independently under the direction of a production coordinator to meet daily and area goals
  • Handle delicate and sensitive micro-scale materials in various forms
  • Operate precision manufacturing equipment, including:
    • Wire bonders
    • Pick and place machines
    • Epoxy dispensing systems
    • Manual assembly tools and microscopes
  • Follow strict quality control standards with high attention to detail and steady, controlled movements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
