This counseling position is predominantly remote, allowing for a flexible schedule that can be tailored to meet both therapist and client needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with us, your role will encompass a variety of important tasks aimed at helping clients achieve their mental health goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses and creating tailored, effective treatment plans for each client.
• Documenting client interactions diligently, including progress notes, treatment plan updates, and case records, in compliance with organizational protocols.
• Maintaining an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective therapy sessions that meet individual client needs.
• Providing exemplary customer service and support to clients, fostering trust and a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming challenges and achieving desired outcomes.
• Collaborating with case managers, family members, and other key stakeholders to coordinate services and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from all walks of life, helping them to navigate challenges related to relationships, emotional well-being, and family dynamics. Cultural competence and a flexible approach are essential as you work to meet the unique needs of each individual or family.

Qualifications

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding and experience in family therapy techniques and community resource utilization.
• Experience in preparing Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Demonstrated skills in working with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey empathy and support through various mediums.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients while providing compassionate care.
• A readiness to engage in thorough background checks as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the essential qualifications, preferred candidates will have:

• Experience working in a telehealth capacity, effectively utilizing video conferencing tools to conduct therapy sessions.
• A familiarity with integrated care settings, collaborating with other health professionals to address client needs comprehensively.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities that can be applied based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include:
