This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Technical Leadership: Drive branch, supplier, and customer strategies by positioning Arrow's value proposition, guiding technical direction, and delivering custom solution designs.
  • Demand Creation & ROI: Lead complex customer engagements to maximize Arrow content, securing design wins and championing return on engineering investment.
  • Pre- & Post-Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide advanced technical consulting, align design priorities, and execute strategic line-card initiatives.
  • Relationship & Expectations Management: Cultivate deep connections with senior-level decision-makers across suppliers and customers, actively participating in strategic meetings and QBRs.
  • Market & Technology Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of supplier line cards, competitor technologies, and vertical market needs to formulate ROI-driven business plans.
  • Continuous Alignment & Growth: Participate in supplier trainings and drive design services initiatives to keep key stakeholders informed and advance strategic goals.

Who We’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related Engineering degree.
  • Experience with designing with at least one of the following suppliers – Onsemi, Infineon, Microchip, ST Micro Electronics, Tyco Electronics.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and also to work well in small teams
  • Strong communication skills

Work Arrangement:

Remote- attending 1 day to the office on Mondays.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$84,300.00 - $150,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
