Primary/Essential Duties:
- Perform a variety of basic assembly operations under a microscope with minimal supervision.
- Conduct die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, and other basic operations.
- Use small hand tools, such as tweezers and microscopes, to assemble components.
- Operate automatic equipment as needed for specific assembly tasks.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation to follow correct sequence of operations.
- Assist in meeting department production goals and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any issues or defects to senior team members or supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Minimum of 1-year micro-assembly or related work experience preferred.
- Skills: Good eyesight, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and basic technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
