Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week. (Hours are flexible between 7.30a.m. – 5.30p.m).  100% in office

Job Description:   Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service in a demanding environment for replacement parts for filter equipment. Seeking someone who can prioritize the many different aspects of the job from quoting, entering orders, invoicing, resolving order complications and working closely together with the customer and our complete team. This role is the perfect blend of Purchasing, Account Management, Customer Service and Logistics all rolled into one!

Responsibilities:

  • Processing quotes and orders for aftermarket spare parts in a timely manner through our ERP system, Sage
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and video calls
  • Tracking orders and providing accurate shipping information, including freight rates and delivery dates
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations
  • Proactively following up with customers on quotes and orders, strengthening relationships with customers and key decision makers
  • Arranging prepayments, invoicing & processing credit card payments and all related accounts receivable responsibilities
  • Resolving customer complaints and order complications
  • Actively use our CRM tool to record interaction with customers and prospects.
  • Entering required information into our customers’ portals
  • Continuous communication with our factory in Germany
  • Working with the Service department to process service work quotes and orders

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ of inside sales and/or customer service experience and ERP system experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Open to communicate with customers and suppliers in a professional way via video calls
  • Detail oriented and mathematically competent
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or German is a big plus
