THE JOB:

As an Emergency Response Team Officer (ERTO), you'll be part of an elite group of highly trained professionals providing proactive, armed security to keep our guests, employees, and property safe. Whether responding to critical incidents or acting as a visible deterrent, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment where safety and service go hand in hand. If you're prepared, focused, and thrive under pressure, we want you on our team. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $30.00 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Maintain a high-visibility, uniformed, or covert presence
  • Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Identify and respond to emergency situations, including: In-progress acts of violence, Crisis situations, Weapons or explosive incidents, Natural disasters, and Other threats to life and property
  • In emergencies: Secure the scene to prevent further loss or damage, Advise personnel of current or potential threats, Call emergency responders, Start and lead evacuation procedures
  • Physical requirements include: Moving quickly from one location to another, Carrying or moving an injured person, Physically engaging with individuals posing threats, Accurately handling and firing a weapon
  • Regular certification in legal updates, defensive tactics, first aid, CPR, and more training must be completed and passed as a condition of continued employment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Four (4) years of related or combined experience in one or more of the following: Law Enforcement Officer, Military Police Officer, Operator on a Military Special Operations team specializing in counter-terrorism or dignitary protection, Special/Security Police Officer (SPO)
  • Graduated from an accredited US federal (to include DOE, DOD), state, or local, law enforcement academy
  • Ability to pass both a firearms qualification and physical agility test
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
