SEASONAL DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST(S)
June 29th - September 1st
(remote or in-person June 29 to July 14; in-person in Williamsport, PA at the iconic Little League World Series complex from July 15 to September 1)

Little League International has a great seasonal opportunity for two key contributors to play a key role in crafting and amplifying stories that reach millions of fans worldwide. From highlight-worthy moments to impactful partner campaigns, you'll help grow the game and create memories that last a lifetime.
LOCATIONRemote or in-person: June 29 to July 14
On-site at the iconic Little League World Series Complex in Williamsport, PA: July 15 to September 1
HIGHLIGHTS LEADERSHIP
  • Manage workflows with MLB Network and internal teams on highlights creation process
  • Oversee game schedules and track commitments
  • Identify great plays and clip compelling in-game moments

TEAM & WORKFLOW LEADERSHIP
  • Lead and manage highlights content assistants (residents & interns)
  • Collaborate with internal leadership on execution

PAID CAMPAIGNS & CONTENT
  • Execute social content to maximize partner visibility
  • Support live game highlight production
  • Manage highlight franchises tied to sponsorship commitments
  • Oversee paid amplification and campaign execution

ANALYTICS & OPTIMIZATION
  • Monitor performance and track analytics
  • Optimize campaigns and content strategy

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • BA in Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in video production, social media management, paid social campaigns, or sports coverage experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop; AE/Illustrator a plus)
  • Experience with Slate or similar publishing tools
  • Passion for social storytelling and sports content with an interest in applying that enthusiasm to Little League
  • Work a minimum of 35 hours per week; core hours will be established based on the Little League International Tournament broadcast schedule.

EXPERTISE
  • Live game production, highlight creation, and social distribution
  • Sponsorship integration & partner commitments
  • Understanding of ESPN rights/limitations
  • Knowledge of Virtual Advertising (EVI) tracking & insertion

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Baseball/softball enthusiast
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Available on-site in Williamsport, PA during Little League World Series demands and various events and games
  • Responsive to breaking news and real-time updates

COMPENSATION$25-$35/hour (based on experience)
Housing stipend available for non-local candidates
