Run the Engine Room of a Top-Rated Local Shop.

We're a locally owned, five-star home services company serving the Denver Metro area since 2009, built on a simple idea: take care of the customer, take care of the team, and win together. We're looking for a sharp, organized Dispatch & Office Manager to keep our board full, our technicians moving, and our customers thrilled. This is the seat that keeps the whole operation humming, and we reward the person who does it well.

What's In It For You

  • $42,000 base salary, plus performance incentives ($10 for every membership renewal and every 5-star Google review you help generate)
  • 2 weeks paid time off
  • 3% company-matched IRA retirement plan
  • LegalShield coverage
  • A consistent, full-time role with real ownership and room to grow
  • A values-driven team where you're a team member, not just an employee

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently, sending the right tech to the right call
  • Manage the dispatch board to keep field techs moving and productive, and keep the next day's board full
  • Keep customers updated on arrival windows and reschedule with care when plans change
  • Track and report the key numbers (calls run, leads, average sale, closing ratios, renewals) for ownership
  • Reconcile A/R, invoices, and settlements, and help ensure payment is collected at the point of service
  • Maintain membership plans and keep members engaged
  • Coordinate parts, uniforms, and office systems, and help onboard new team members
  • Answer calls warmly during busy periods, always treating the customer as the priority

What We're Looking For

  • Proven dispatch, scheduling, or office-operations experience (home services a big plus)
  • A sharp critical thinker who can organize, multitask, and prioritize under pressure
  • Strong customer service and professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with numbers and reporting; solid Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (QuickBooks a plus)
  • Reliable, self-starting, and great on a team
  • High school diploma or GED required (associate degree a plus)
  • Valid driver's license, and able to pass a background check and drug screen

Ready to be the heartbeat of a team that's been winning since 2009? Apply today. We move quickly for the right person.

Equal Opportunity Employer and drug-free workplace.
