Qualifications
Must have:
  • 5+ years working with metrics, including designing metrics and reviewing metrics for quality
  • 2+ years working in roles with most of the work related to information security
  • 3+ years experience working mostly independently to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels (e.g, management, analyst, cross-functional partner)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust messaging for various audiences, including executive communication
  • Attention to detail in written communications and deliverables
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment
  • Capability to learn new information quickly - especially related to cybersecurity and metrics

Nice to have:
  • 3-5+ years working in roles with most of the work related to information security
  • Experience presenting metrics to leaders
  • Experience creating metrics dashboards and reports
  • Experience documenting repeatable processes and procedures
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
