MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Metrics Analyst to join our team in Herndon, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, and identifying trends and insights to drive business growth.  The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data models and metrics to measure business performance and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, metrics, and reporting processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business needs.
  • Standard work schedule will be Monday through Friday, within the core hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma and 11+ years of relevant experience OR associate's degree and 9+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly:
    • Tableau
    • Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
  • Previous experience supporting IT service management and business operations. analytics, or strategic performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes, particularly within the ServiceNow platform.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.  Constantly operates a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.  Occasionally moves inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, man
