Job description

Metrics Advisor (SQL Developer)

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Metrics Advisor is responsible for supporting the company-wide metrics and reporting strategy.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develops in-depth analytical reports.
  • Provides support for Level I & II analysts.
  • Designs formats for data studies and analyses.
  • Works with internal customer to determine additional metrics needed.
  • Designs complex systems, databases and reports to analyze and evaluate data from multiple repositories.
  • Works with Advisors to review and interpret data results.
  • Develops written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires BA/BS degree in business or math related field and a minimum of 3 years of data collection and analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of metrics and statistical calculations strongly preferred.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $84,480 - $126,720.
