Tool and Die Maker - Kapco Grafton, WI
If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for a Tool & Die Maker on our weekend shift at our Grafton, WI facility.
We offer competitive pay plus a $5000 sign on bonus!
Primary Responsibilities
  • Building new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixtures
  • Holds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operations
  • Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special tools
  • Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties
  • Verifies quality and print specifications are met
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience: 2-year trade school program or equivalent. Journeyman's Card. 5+ year's previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive dies. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach and lift material up to 50 lbs.
