Job description

NOW HIRING: Stamping Supervisor | Racine, WI

We're working with a well-established manufacturer in the Racine, WI area that is looking to add an experienced Stamping Supervisor to their team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong progressive die-stamping background who can oversee daily operations, lead a team across multiple shifts, and keep production running at a high level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

â–¸ Oversee daily stamping department operations across all three shifts

â–¸ Develop and manage the production schedule based on customer demand

â–¸ Coordinate with scheduling departments to align production priorities

â–¸ Assist mechanics and die setters with changeovers and repairs

â–¸ Ensure departmental procedures and safety protocols are followed

â–¸ Coordinate cross-shift communication on issues, cleanups, and production updates



Requirements

â–¸ Prior supervisory experience required

â–¸ Progressive die / stamping experience required

â–¸ Strong communication skills and ability to lead across multiple shifts

â–¸ Computer proficiency required

This is a salaried exempt position with a strong benefits package.
