Job Description

NOW HIRING: Stamping Supervisor | Racine, WI

We're working with a well‑established manufacturer in the Racine, WI area that is looking to add an experienced Stamping Supervisor to their team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with a strong progressive die‑stamping background who can oversee daily operations, lead a team across multiple shifts, and keep production running at a high level.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily stamping department operations across all three shifts
  • Develop and manage the production schedule based on customer demand
  • Coordinate with scheduling departments to align production priorities
  • Assist mechanics and die setters with changeovers and repairs
  • Ensure departmental procedures and safety protocols are followed
  • Coordinate cross‑shift communication on issues, cleanups, and production updates
Requirements
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead across multiple shifts

This is a salaried exempt position with a strong benefits package.
