Job Description
We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. To be considered you must have the legal right to work in United States without additional sponsorship.
Supports Pilot's financial operations by maintaining and enhancing Oracle EPM as the core platform for closeout reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Responsible for ensuring data integrity, system performance, and accurate financial outputs within EPM. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting and IT teams to execute and improve planning and reporting processes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions. Leverages strong technical expertise to optimize system functionality, enable automation, and support data-driven decision-making.
Essential Functions
1. Administer and support Oracle EPM as the central system for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and close reporting.
2. Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency across all EPM applications, hierarchies and reporting outputs.
3. Perform system maintenance activities including metadata updates, data loads, calculations, and validation processes.
4. Support monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting cycles by managing data, validating inputs, and resolving issues within EPM.
5. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and business users to ensure accurate and timely financial data submissions and reporting outputs.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and user errors, escalating when appropriate.
7. Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of EPM applications, reports, and dashboards.
8. Build and maintain reports and outputs using tools such as Narrative Reporting, Smart View, and standard EPM reporting capabilities.
9. Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, data definitions, and user instructions.
10. Support automation and process improvement efforts to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality.
11. Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancements, including validating functionality and ensuring minimal disruption to users.
12. Maintain a strong understanding of financial hierarchies, structures, and key performance indicators to support accurate reporting and analysis.
13. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to support integrations, data flows and system performance.
14. Provide end-user support and training to improve adoption, usability, and effectiveness of EPM tools.
15. Assist in managing security roles, workflows, and system controls to maintain compliance and data governance standards.
16. Deliver recurring and ad hoc data extracts, analyses, and reporting to support business needs.
17. Stay current on Oracle EPM capabilities and best practices to continuously enhance system usage and value.
18. Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
19. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
20. Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Minimum 3 years in supporting Financial Systems required or equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Experience with Oracle EPM Planning or similar EPM tool (Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, OneStream etc. preferred
Specialized Knowledge
1. General understanding of EPM and FIS systems required
2. Hands on experience performing system configuration in an EPM system
3. General knowledge of business processes and system integration

1. Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Additional Information
Overnight Travel
Overnight travel required is up to 5%. Remote team members are required to be on-site in the Knoxville office up to 20% of the time
