Summary:
The Project Delivery Analyst is responsible is responsible for delivering value as a Scrum Master, Data Quality Analyst, BSA, or Project Coordinator after their initial completion of the Elevate Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside an experienced member of the team to gain a better understanding of their role.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Actively communicate with team members and team leadership.
  • BSA Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and create appropriate deliverables and documentation.
    • Work with PM/PO to decompose Epics into Features and User Stories.
    • Support the research and analysis of production support issues as needed.
  • Scrum Master Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Learn to apply Agile principles and values.
    • Participate in and learn to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
    • Assist in grooming, prioritization, and maintenance of Sprint Backlogs.
  • Project Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provide project administration and delivery of initiatives.
    • Aid in management of project risk and issue management, decisions, action items, and change requests.
    • Assist with reporting, demand management, estimate gathering, continuous planning, and resource management efforts.
  • Data Quality Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Work with team to identify critical data elements, capture definitions, metadata, including domain values and reference data, publish business knowledge, and automate data lineage, database, and reporting systems.
    • Support implementation of metadata including capture, storage and management of business, technical and operational metadata.
    • Perform data discovery, profiling, and root cause analysis on high priority data assets.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in an analysis, project coordinator, or scrum master role or transferrable skills through coursework, internships, or work experience in lieu of participation in the Elevate Program.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of Waterfall or Agile delivery through coursework, internships, or work experience.
  • Technical writing capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Business and Technology aptitude with the ability to learn the processes, procedures, technologies, and platforms associated with their role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with team members and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated with good organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to build credibility and strong partnerships while working collaboratively within their team and segment.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and execute in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to address conflict professionally and respectfully.
