Job Summary
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of MES projects including upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing support, while managing scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all MES-related activities, ensuring effective coordination across Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and external vendors for seamless execution.
  • Define, manage, and prioritize the MES roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders, aligning initiatives with operational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure system reliability, stability, and performance by overseeing day-to-day MES operations and proactively managing issues, risks, and escalations.
  • Drive compliance with GxP, GMP, and regulatory standards, including validation activities (IQ/OQ/UAT), audit readiness, and data integrity requirements.
  • Oversee EBR/MBR design, deployment, troubleshooting, and configuration of MES components such as master data, users, equipment, and system interfaces.
  • Manage incident, change, and release processes using ServiceNow or equivalent tools, ensuring proper tracking, governance, and vendor coordination.
  • Lead project governance activities including stakeholder communication, status reporting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive adoption and operational efficiency across MES platforms.

Compensation: - $100,000 to $130,000 + COLA and this position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 6/28/2026
