Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a PharmaSuite MES Lead to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing customer’s Manufacturing Quality Execution System and Tickets program. The role involves leading the TCS PharmaSuite support and enhancement team, ensuring stable and compliant operations across multiple manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage PharmaSuite FTPS support activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore support teams.
• Drive service delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct operational reviews and governance meetings with customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to support team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and site stakeholders.
• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management.
• Provide technical leadership for Rockwell PharmaSuite FTPS 11.0 applications.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
• Support manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams.
• Ensure adherence to GxP regulations and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
