Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of the following:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Nursing Diploma

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state eligibility

Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Experience

New graduates strongly encouraged to apply

Previous hospital experience helpful but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Specialty certifications

• Acute care or clinical experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shifts

• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and assist patients safely
