Job description


Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital is seeking Family Medicine physicians, BE/BC, MD or DO, for opportunities to practice at several locations including Carrollton and Lake.

The opportunities offer:

  • CCMH is a teaching hospital and residents/medical students do rotate through the practices
  • Works in an outpatient setting to provide outstanding preventative, acute and chronic disease care for adults in a patient focused environment
  • Team based care with growing advanced practice partnerships, RN Care Coordinators
  • Telemedicine is offered to our patients
  • Full Time employment
  • Transition to Epic in 2022
