Job description

Find your calling at Mercy!Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:Clinical Supervisor - RN-Weekender80 hours every two weeks(36 hours first week, 44 hours second week)Mercy Hospital JeffersonFestus, MO 63028

Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
Licensure: Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
Experience: Two or three years' experience required in patient care.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Preferred Experience: Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Certifications: CRRN
Preferred Other: Rehabilitation experience.
