Summary

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Merchant Support Representative who is not only passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, but also capable of assisting with light administrative and internal operations tasks. This Clearwater-based role supports our merchants with account, deposit, and terminal-related inquiries, while also contributing to internal lead tracking, reporting, and team coordination. Merchant Support Representative Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of phone-based customer service experience (required)
  • 1โ€“2 years in the merchant processing industry (preferred)
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet SLA deadlines
  • Comfortable with technology and basic math
