Job description

The pay range for this position is $75,840-$107,000 Salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

 
JOB PURPOSE:
The Merchandising Operations Lead provides execution leadership across the SpinLife merchandising function. This role serves as the central hub for intake, prioritization, coordination, and delivery of all merchandising work-ensuring initiatives are properly scoped, sequenced, and executed in alignment with the strategy set by the Vice President of Merchandising and ownership direction from the Executive Director of Merchandising.
 
This role drives operational discipline across the merchandising team, partners cross-functionally to align Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising priorities, and is accountable for the speed, quality, and delivery of merchandising execution from intake to delivery.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •  Own the end-to-end execution engine for SpinLife merchandising, ensuring all work flows efficiently from intake through final delivery.
  •  Manage day-to-day workflow across merchandising resources, ensuring clarity on priorities, ownership, and deadlines.
  •  Own the intake process from Sales to Merchandising, ensuring all requests are properly scoped, qualified, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
  •  Lead execution planning and coordination for product launches, including cross-functional readiness, milestone tracking, and on-time delivery.
  •  Oversee execution of pricing updates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely deployment across systems and the website.
  •  Partner with Inventory and Merchandising teams to coordinate execution around product availability, launch timing, and assortment changes.
  •  Establish and maintain clear timelines and prioritization across merchandising initiatives, balancing competing demands and surfacing trade-offs as needed.
  •  Drive cross-functional execution across Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, IT, Inventory, and Operations to ensure aligned, on-time delivery.
  •  Own communication flow between Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising-ensuring all teams are aligned on priorities, timing, and status of in-flight work.
  •  Continuously improve merchandising workflows, identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions that improve speed, quality, and consistency.
  •  Accountable for delivery KPIs, including speed of execution, on-time delivery, and quality of merchandising output.
  •  Partner with the Executive Director of Merchandising to ensure execution supports category strategy, website experience, and customer outcomes.
  •  Partner with Merchandising Associate(s) to ensure execution accuracy across product setup, content, pricing, and data integrity.
  •  Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission.  
  •  Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion's policies and federal regulations. 
  •  Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.  Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our  priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
  •  3-6+ years of relevant experience in merchandising operations, project/program management, or eCommerce execution.
  •  Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  •  Demonstrated experience leading intake, prioritization, and workflow management processes.
  •  Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  •  Analytical mindset with ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  •  Experience in eCommerce, retail, or durable medical equipment (DME).
  •  Experience supporting merchandising, product launches, or pricing execution.
  •  Familiarity with project management tools, workflow systems, and merchandising platforms.
  •  Experience driving process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
