We're seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Manager to join our Corporate Digital Operations team in Milford, Ohio. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, compliance, and performance of vehicle inventory across our websites and third-party marketplaces while supporting dealership operations through best-in-class digital merchandising practices.
Working closely with the Website Management Lead, Website Management Specialist, dealership personnel, marketing, and technology partners, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our digital inventory and continuously improving the customer experience across every digital touchpoint.

What You'll Do
Digital Inventory Management
  • Manage and monitor the flow of vehicle inventory across company websites and digital retail platforms.
  • Ensure vehicle pricing, descriptions, incentives, photos, and merchandising content are accurate, timely, and customer-focused.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory feed issues, data discrepancies, and syndication errors.
  • Coordinate vehicle inventory distribution across third-party marketplaces, including CarGurus, AutoTrader, Cars.com, and other listing partners.
Digital Marketing Excellence
  • Maintain best-in-class merchandising standards that enhance online vehicle presentation and customer engagement.
  • Partner with dealership teams to improve inventory quality through compelling vehicle descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality imagery.
  • Monitor website inventory and identify opportunities to improve merchandising performance and the overall online shopping experience.
  • Help drive increased visibility, lead generation, and digital conversion through effective merchandising strategies.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, FTC guidelines, and applicable pricing regulations across all digital channels.
  • Review website and third-party listings to ensure pricing accuracy, promotional messaging, and required disclosures meet legal and manufacturer requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dealership teams to quickly resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Lead Management & Digital Operations
  • Support the ongoing management and quality assurance of lead routing processes to ensure customer inquiries reach the appropriate dealership teams.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to lead delivery, tracking, and attribution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology partners to improve digital workflows, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and continuously improve the customer journey across digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in digital merchandising, website management, e-commerce operations, automotive retail, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Experience with vehicle inventory management platforms such as vAuto, HomeNet, or similar inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with third-party automotive marketplaces including AutoTrader, CarGurus, Cars.com, and other digital retail platforms.
  • Knowledge of automotive pricing compliance, advertising regulations, FTC guidelines, and digital merchandising best practices is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other business productivity applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.
