Job description

Visual Merchandising Production Specialist
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate packaging and shipping of POP materials to retail locations, confirm deliveries and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues.
  • Edit the monthly merchandising guide and templated assets for in-store execution (signage, brochures, posters and and POP pieces)
  • Order store graphics as requested
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure timely payment for department and store related expenses.
  • Light design work and print production
  • Maintain an organized asset library, production schedule and basic inventory tracking for POP stock
  • Edit store maps as updates and remodels are complete
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with print production/file prep
  • High school diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in visual/graphic design and/or retail POP production
  • Able to communicate professionally and collaborate with store teams and vendors

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & SCHEDULING:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods when supporting installs or handling shipments
  • In office, M-F, 9-6
  • Job will tentatively be through 9/14/2026
